How Pricing Works

A quarterly retainer covers your dedicated recruitment capacity and all operational support — sourcing, screening, coordination, and pipeline management across your open roles.

When we source and place a candidate from our network, a reduced placement fee applies — significantly below industry standard.

The part that changes the math: Candidates that come through your channels — job boards, referrals, inbound applications — we screen, shortlist, and manage at no additional placement fee. The retainer covers it.
